  • Complete our intake form so we can understand what’s happening inside your organization and how we might be able to support your needs.

  • We’ll schedule an initial discovery conversation to talk through your goals, challenges, timeline, and investment range.

  • We’ll prepare a tailored proposal outlining scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and investment.

    If you choose to move forward, a formal service agreement will be prepared. The signed agreement secures your engagement, confirms scope, and protects your requested dates.

  • We’ll activate your client portal so you can review and sign your service agreement. Once signed, you’ll receive next steps to schedule your engagement and view your invoice.

We will work to fully understand your organization, make thoughtful recommendations, and ensure engagements are aligned from the start. Skipping steps or working around the process often leads to misalignment, delays, or unclear expectations, which is a disservice to your organization and team. Following this process helps ensure time is used well and the work delivered truly moves things forward.
