MKR Midday

  • MKR Development 412 Travis Street Lafayette, LA, 70503 United States (map)

Work shapes so much of our lives, yet many of the most important workplace conversations never actually happen.

MKR Midday brings professionals together for a lunch and learn focused on the dynamics of work. We will explore topics like accountability, communication, workplace relationships, and leadership in ways that are relevant whether you lead a team, support a team, or are growing in your career.

Each session is intentionally small (only 10 seats) so the conversation stays meaningful and engaging.

Lunch is included.
Come ready to think, contribute, and leave with ideas you can actually use.

Join us for the following sessions:

  • March 26th (Accountability Vs Responsibility)

  • April 29th (Crucial Conversations (Lite)

  • May 28th (Repairing Damaged Working Relationships)

  • June 26th (Civility In The Workplace)

  • July 14th (Reading The Room & Understanding The Moment)

March Topic: Accountability Vs Responsibility

Most workplace breakdowns happen when people confuse doing the work with owning the outcome. In this session, we’ll unpack the difference between responsibility and accountability and show how clarity around both dramatically improves performance and decision making.
