Dr. Mechelle Kirts Roberthon
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Mechelle Roberthon is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT), and a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS). Dr. Roberthon received a Doctor of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University. She holds a Master of Science in Education with a specialization in Training and Performance Improvement.
Dr. Roberthon is an active board member in her Lafayette, LA community and a recognized leader in her field. Her impact has earned her numerous honors, including a feature in the 9th annual Steel Magnolias spread in Acadiana Profile Magazine and a cover story in CIO Views Magazine, where she was named one of the Top 10 Most Influential Black Corporate Women to Watch in 2024.
Ruben Henderson, MBA
Business Development
Ruben Henderson is a business development professional and higher education leader with a strong background in relationship building, leadership, and community engagement. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Administration.
Ruben brings extensive leadership experience through his service with professional, civic, and nonprofit organizations throughout Acadiana. A past president of both the Black Faculty and Staff Association and the Christiana Smith African American Alumni Chapter, he has also served on the boards of organizations including United Way of Acadiana, Miles Perret Cancer Services, Hillard Art Museum, and CASA of SoLA. His work has been recognized through numerous leadership and service honors.
