Dr. Mechelle Kirts Roberthon
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Mechelle Roberthon is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT), and a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS). Dr. Roberthon received a Doctor of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University. She holds a Master of Science in Education with a specialization in Training and Performance Improvement.
Dr. Roberthon is an active board member in her Lafayette, LA community and a recognized leader in her field. Her impact has earned her numerous honors, including a feature in the 9th annual Steel Magnolias spread in Acadiana Profile Magazine and a cover story in CIO Views Magazine, where she was named one of the Top 10 Most Influential Black Corporate Women to Watch in 2024.
Jessica bates
Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator
Jessica Bates brings a strong foundation in Human Resources to her dual roles as Dr. Rob’s personal executive assistant and MKR’s operations coordinator. She holds an associate degree in HR and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in the same field. An engaged professional in the local business community, Jessica serves on the board of the Acadiana Society of Human Resource Management (ASHRM) and acts as an ambassador for One Acadiana, the region’s chamber of commerce.
Charese Williams

Charese is a passionate and purpose-driven professional with a background in human resources, training, and community engagement. She enjoys dancing, exploring new things and ideas, and thrives in environments that spark creativity and growth. Charese is deeply committed to living out her faith through service and meaningful connection, using her gifts to empower others and cultivate positive change. Her work is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and a desire to leave every space better than she found it.
Ivy Wanja Muiga

Ivy Wanja is an experienced and strategic Human Resources professional with over 10 years of expertise in organizational development, HR strategy, and managing the full employee lifecycle. She has a proven track record of fostering inclusive cultures, driving performance management, and implementing HR technology to support data-driven decisions.
Her skills include managing multi-country HR operations, ensuring labor law compliance, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is also a Founding Board member of Murua Girl Child Education Programme, a local NGO in Kenya that seeks to improve Education and promote gender equality in pastoralist communities in Kenya.
Ivy is a skilled leader dedicated to aligning HR practices with organizational missions.
